I am a designer at the intersection of UX and artificial intelligence. I work at Sage on Copilot: the AI assistant embedded across Sage's accounting and business management products. My day-to-day spans conversation design, interface systems for AI-generated outputs, and the UX challenges specific to making enterprise AI feel trustworthy and useful.
